Italian breaded chicken breast sautéed in olive oil, and served with a lemon buerre blanc sauce.

Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and "Florio" Marsala wine.

Lightly breaded breast of chicken, stuffed with Provolone, tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs.
